Changing the standard language

If a different standard language needs to be activated, select Start → Settings

→Control Panel → Regional Options and select the Input Locales tab.

In order to install another standard language, select the Add button. The languages available for selection correspond to those defined in Figure 3–13 under Language settings for the system.

It is also possible to change the standard language by clicking on the Language icon, located in the message field, with the right mouse button.
