The production process for modern flat screens (LCD) does not currently guarantee that all pixels in the screen are error free. As long as it is not a case of an accumulation of locally erroneous pixels, there are no relevant functional restrictions.

should never be recharged

should never be opened

should never be short circuited

should never be reverse poled
