5Select, by repeated pressing of the function button C R, the Menu item »Language«. By pressing the function button D T select »OK«.

6Select, by pressing the function buttons B E or C R, the required language. Subsequently select, by pressing the function button D T, »OK«. All menus will now be shown in the language you have selected.

In the display Q the programming menu is now once again shown. To return to the start screen: Select, by pressing the function button A W twice in succession, »ESC«.

8.17 Display the version number of the Firmware

The term »Firmware« refers to the internal software in electronic devices. Should this voice recorder at some time in the future receive a Firmware-Update arranged by the importer: make available the version number of the Firmware that is in- stalled on your voice recorder. The version number can be displayed as follows:
