Displaying VRRP Group Statistics

The VRRP Group Statistics page displays counters for V RRP protocol

events and errors that have occurred on a specific VRRP interface.

Field Attributes

•VLAN ID

– ID of a VLAN configured with an IP interface. (Range:

1-4094; Default: 1)

•VRID – VRRP group identifier. (Range: 1-255)

• Times Become Master

– Number of times this router has transitioned

to master.

• Received Packets

– Number of VRRP advertisements received by this

router.

• Error Interval Packets

– Number of VRRP advertisements received

for which the advertisement interval is different from the one

configured for the local virtual router.

• Authentication Failures

– Number of VRRP packets received that do
