Warning indicators and messages
If indicators and messages appear on the LCD screen, in the viewfinder or in the display window, check the following:

Warning indicators
The still image is protected*
Slow flashing:
•The still image is protected. (p. 116)
Warning indicator as to “Memory Stick”*
•No “Memory Stick” is inserted. (p. 93)
Fast flashing:
•The “Memory Stick” is not readable with your camcorder.
Warning indicator as to “Memory stick”*
Fast flashing: •“Memory Stick” is not
