24F STARTING TC: Time code used as a reference when converting 24-frame time code into 25- frame time code.

24F JUMPING TC: The loopback point for converting 24-frame time code to 25-frame time code with 24F STARTING TC as the reference and the conversion done in both forward and reverse directions. Note that the part of the 25- frame time code before 24F JUMPING TC is not consecutive with the part after 24F JUMPING TC.
