Troubleshooting Memory Stick Media
Image files do not open even though I insert Memory Stick media into the slot.
❑By the default setting, VisualFlow™ software starts automatically when you insert Memory Stick® media into the slot.
❑If VisualFlow software is active and the image files in Memory Stick media are not displayed, the format type of the Memory Stick media can be different.
❑Copy the data from the Memory Stick media onto the hard disk drive of your computer and then format the Memory Stick media using Memory Stick Formatter software preinstalled on your computer.
Memory Stick media does not work. I cannot access the removable drive.
❑If you cannot find the Memory Stick icon in My Computer, click the View
