
Clearing the buffer/All reset
The printer stores received data in a large memory buffer. This creates a problem when you want to abandon a printingjob and restart: the printer maybe holding more data in its buffer than it has actually printed, and this unprinted data must be cleared out before restarting. Turning power off is one way to clear the buffer, but there is another way:
1. Halt the printing program on the computer. If printing stops immediately, the buffer is clear and the rest of this procedure is unnecessary. If printing does not stop, continue
