Purpose	This procedure is used by the SQL Remote Message Agent, and should not
	be called directly.
Syntax	sp_queue_set_conﬁrm conﬁrm_offset
Description	This procedure is used by the SQL Remote Message Agent, and should not
	be called directly. It sets the minimum conﬁrmation offset from all remote
	users in the sr_queue_state table.
