Adaptation of channel control unit to external signal controls from the antenna
2.7- ADAPTATION OF CHANNEL CONTROL UNIT TO EX- TERNAL SIGNAL CONTROLS FROM THE ANTENNA
The «ON AIR 1» and «ON AIR 2» main and secondary antenna commands received by the Channel Control Unit may be of two different forms:
•A DC voltage of between + 5 Volts and + 48 Volts.
•A closed loop (contact).
Adaptation is made in the «SOUND/AUX» board of the Channel Control Unit.
Depending on the type of control from the mixer, set selector switches S800 and S801 (ON AIR 1) and S900 and S901 (ON AIR 2) to the positions indicated in the figure below.
