To adapt the viewfinder to the operator’s vision, make the following adjustments:

• Longitudinal position adjustment

Loosen knurled locking ring (1) on the viewfinder and move the viewfinder assembly. Tighten the ring.

• Transverse position adjustment

Loosen knurled ring (2) on the viewfinder and move the viewfinder assembly to the left or right. Tighten the knurled ring.

Up-down position adjustment Raise or lower the eyepiece.

Focusing adjustment

Rotate the focusing ring to move the eyepiece internal lens.

Procedure:

With the camera, aim at a distant object. Focus on this object.

While observing this object with the left eye which is disengaged, rotate the focusing ring so that the viewfinder image is clear.
