This is a reminder to call the CATVsystepninstaller's
attention to Article 820-40 of the U.S.NEC,which
providesguidelines for proper grounding and, in
particular,specifies that the cable ground shall be
connected to the grounding system of the building,
as closeto the point of cable entry as practical. For

Thehome theater entertainment experience is agrowing trend
and larger flat paneldisplays are popular purchases. However,
flatpanel displays arenot always supported on the proper stands
or installed according tothe manufacturer's recommendations.
Flat panel displays that are
inappropriately situated on dressers,
bookcases, shelves, desks,
speakers, chests or carts may fall
overand cause injury.

Wail Mounting:if you decide towail mount your
flat paneldisplay, always:
*Usea mount that has been recommended bythe display
manufacturer and/or listed by an independent laboratory (such
asUL, CSA, ETL).
*Follow all instructions supplied by the display andwall mount
manufacturers.
* Ifyou have any doubts about your ability to safelyinstall your
flatpanel display, contact your retailer about professional
installation.
*Make sure that the wall where you aremounting the display is
appropriate. Some wall mounts are not designed to be mounted
towalls with steel studs or old cinder block construction. If you
