Manipulating Images on the Macintosh

1Choose Print from the File menu.

2Choose the Page Attributes properties category.

3Enter the percentage by which you want to scale the image. Enter a value greater than 100 to enlarge the image or less than 100 to reduce the image size.

The graphic to the left previews how the page will print with the selected options.

4Click Save Settings to continue setting print options or click Print to begin printing.

Interleaving Sheets

The page interleaving feature is useful when you want to insert paper of a different type or from another source between every page of your print job. For example, you could use this option to insert blank, colored sheets between overhead transparencies.

1Choose Print from the File menu.

2Click Properties.

3Click the Paper properties tab.

4In the Secondary Paper section of the dialog box, select

Interleave.

5Indicate whether the interleaved sheets should be printed by selecting one of the following options from the drop-down list:

Blank—interleaves with blank sheets.
