BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING

This chapter provides information on some of the operational errors that can occur when printing to the GL-1020 controller, explains the status and error messages logged in GL-DocMon and TopAccess, and provides the answers to some frequently asked questions.

If you cannot resolve a printing problem after reviewing the information in this chapter, please consult your network administrator.
