The Export Profiles window opens.

Sample Export Profiles window

4Type a name for the print profile.

Give the profile a descriptive name so you can easily select it for future jobs.

5Click OK.

Applying Print Profiles

1Click the Setup tab.

2Navigate to the Print Profile group box and then click Open. The Open Profile window appears.

3Select the desired profile from those listed.

4Click OK.
