6Enter the IP Address of the controller.

7Enter the queue name, for example, DSSC.

8Click Verify to check you entered the correct IP address and the Macintosh can communicate with the controller. If you receive a message saying the printer cannot be located, enter the IP Address correctly.

Note: To find the controller’s IP address, you can print out the configuration page from the connected copier or look up the TCP/IP protocol settings from the LCD Touch Screen.

9Once you determine the IP settings are correct, click OK.

10Click Create to add the new printer to the desktop.

11Enter the printer name in the Save desktop printer as... field and click Save.

The printer is added to the desktop.
