Erase all fax messages — Press 3 .
Check the Receiving Status

1 Long Beep — Received messages.
3 Short Beeps — No messages.
Change Answer Mode

Retrieving Memory Status List and Fax Messages
You can retrieve the Memory Status List from a remote fax machine, and see if you have any fax messages. You can then use this list to retrieve specific fax messages.

Dial your fax number.
When you hear the beep, immediately enter your Remote Retrieval Access Code (159✳).
When you hear 2 short beeps, press 9 6 1 .
