FETCH:LATCHED?
The FETCh:LATChed query returns a 16-bit value that reports the active signals in the First
Latched register. The First Latched register records the active signals when the first new input
channel crossed its threshold. It is important to note that the above information is also available at
the VXIbus register level at offset 0x30.
