INHOUSE:PSEUDO
The INHOUSE:PSEUDO command controls the use of the register interface. Pseudo set true
specifies that pseudo register interface should be used. Pseudo set false specifies that the
hardware register interface should be used. The value set takes effect next time the unit powers
up [does not take effect immediately]. The pseudo register interface allows the use of
REG_ENABLE and CLEAR_LATCH capability from the registers. Although the hardware
register interface is much faster than the pseudo register interface, it lacks the above two features.
It is important to note that when the module is shipped from the factory, pseudo is set to 1. It is
also important to note that all letters of the command must be provided as there is no short form
for this command.
INHOUSE:PSEUDO <boolean> Where <boolean> is 0 | OFF | 1 | ON.
EXAMPLES
INHOUSE:PSEUDO 1 Sets the pseudo register interface ON. (The
unit must be powered for the change to take
effect.)
INHOUSE:PSEUDO? Returns 1 which states that the register
1 interface is set to pseudo.
