Suggested Solution

∙Remove print head and then remove ink cartridges. Check to see if they are empty. Check the ink output and pin hole vents. Reinsert cartridges, making sure you hear a click, reinstall print head.

∙If necessary, contact the Xerox Customer Support Center.
