On completion of all work procedures, when not planning to use again for a protracted period please carry out the following pre-storage care, to prevent trouble caused by time-lapse changes.

1.Clean the chemical fluid tank and nozzle (see page 38).

2.Remove dirt from the sprayer, inspect it for any damage or looseness, and, if any abnormality is found, correct it thoroughly in preparation for the next time you use the unit.

3.Drain the fuel tank.

4.Start the engine, and leave it in idling condition until all the fuel inside the carburetor is spent and the engine comes to a natural stop.

5.Remove the spark plug and put a few drops (1~2 cc) of 2-cycle oil inside the engine. After pulling the starter rope 2 or 3 times, return the spark plugs to their original position and stop in compressed position.

6.After oiling the throttle lever and other metal parts with anti-corrosive oil, cover the sprayer and store indoors in a low-humidity location.

Après avoir terminé tous les travaux, lorsque le pulvérisateur ne sera pas réutilisé pendant une période prolongée, effectuer l'entretien suivant pour le pré- stockage, pour éviter des problèmes provoqués par des changements dans le temps.

1.Nettoyer le réservoir de produit chimique et la lance (voir page 38).

2.Enlever la saleté du pulvérisateur, contrôler les dommages et desserrages, et en cas d'anomalie, prendre les mesures correctives complètes pour préparer l'utilisation suivante du pulvérisateur.

3.Vidanger le réservoir à carburant.

4.Démarrer le moteur, et le laisser à bas régime jusqu'à ce que tout le carburant à l'intérieur du carburateur soit éliminé et que le moteur s'arrête naturellement.

5.Retirer les bougies et verser quelques gouttes (1~2 cc) d'huile 2 temps à l'intérieur du moteur. Après avoir tiré le câble du starter 2 ou 3 fois, remettre les bougies en position originale et arrêter en position compressée.

6.Après avoir graissé le levier de commande des gaz et les autres pièces métalliques avec une huile anti- corrosion, couvrir le pulvérisateur et le ranger à l'intérieur dans un endroit sec.
