13-4).When an event generates an alert, a message is immediately sent to an e-mail account specified by you. Enter the complete e-mail address to which alert messages will be sent in the E-mail Alerts To field and schedule times for sending alerts in the Log Timer fields in the E-mailscreen (following screen).

12.3.2 Logs

A log is a detailed record that you create for packets that either match a rule, don’t match a rule or both when you are creating/editing a firewall rule (see Figure 13-4).You can also choose not to create a log for a rule in this screen. An attack automatically generates a log.

Click Advanced, Firewall, Configuration and then the E-mailtab to bring up the following screen.
