Figure 20-11 WAN & LAN DHCP

The following table describes the diagnostic tests available in menu 24.4 for your ZyWALL and associated connections.

	Table 20-4 System Maintenance Menu Diagnostic
FIELD		DESCRIPTION

Ping Host		Enter 1 to ping any machine (with an IP address) on your LAN or
		WAN. Enter its IP address in the Host IP Address field below.
WAN DHCP Release		Enter 2 to release your WAN DHCP settings.

WAN DHCP Renewal		Enter 3 to renew your WAN DHCP settings.

Internet Setup Test		Enter 4 to test the Internet Setup. You can also test the Internet Setup
		in Menu 4 - Internet Access. Please refer to the Internet Access
		chapter for more details. This feature is only available for dial-up
		connections using PPPoE or PPTP encapsulation.

Reboot System		Enter 11 to reboot the ZyWALL.

Host IP Address=		If you entered 1 in the Host IP Address field above, then enter the IP
		address of the machine you want to ping in this field.

Enter the number of the selection you would like to perform or press [ESC] to cancel.
