ASSEMBLAGE

Lire le Guide de l’utilisateur. Ne pas faire fonctionner l’appareil avant d’avoir lu les parties traitant de la sécurité, du

fonctionnement et de l’entretien du Guide de l’utilisateur.

REMARQUE : Ce guide est un guide général. Les renseignements dans ce guide ne s’appliquent peut-être pas à votre modèle. Veuillez lire attentivement.

REMARQUE : La mention «gauche» ou «droite» signifie l’emplacement d’une pièce lorsque l’utilisateur est situé face au panneau des prises électriques.

RETRAIT DE LA GÉNÉRATRICE DE SON EMBALLAGE

•Ouvrir l’emballage par le dessus.

•Retirer les pièces de protection de l’emballage.

•Retirez les trousses de pièces et le guide et conservez-les pour l'assemblage.

•Coupez les quatre coins de la boîte et aplatissez les panneaux.

•Enlevez la génératrice du carton.

•Jetez tout le matériel d'emballage.

AUTRES PIÈCES DÉTACHÉES

1.L'huile est fournie. Voir le guide de l'utilisateur du moteur pour connaître les procédures de remplissage d'huile et de carburant au moteur.

IMPORTANT: Avant de tenter de démarrer la génératrice, vérifier le niveau d'huile moteur (Voir le guide de l'utilisateur du moteur).

2.Contenu de la trousse de pièces : barre protectrice (1 utilisée), dispositifs d'enroulement de rallonge (2 utilisés), butée en caoutchouc (1 utilisée),

vis 5/16-18 x 1-1/4 po (2 utilisées), vis 1/4-20 x 3/4 po (1 utilisée), écrou 1/4-20 avec rondelle (1 utilisé), écrous à bride 5/16-18 (2 utilisés), écrous autotaraudeurs à bride (4 utilisés).

DÉVIDOIRS DE RALLONGE ET BARRE PROTECTRICE

1.Les extrémités des dispositifs d'enroulement de rallonge ne sont pas filetées. Pour faciliter l'assemblage, utilisez une clé à douille de 7/16 po et un cliquet pour poser les écrous autotaraudeurs sur les extrémités des dispositifs d'enroulement de rallonge sur une distance d'environ 6 mm (1/4 po). Retirez les écrous autotaraudeurs et passez à l'étape 2.

2.Fixez chaque dévidoir de rallonge (1) à l'ensemble du panneau à l'aide des écrous à embase autotaraudeux (2), tel qu'illustré. Serrez bien les pièces.

3.Fixez la barre protectrice (3) au châssis à l'aide des vis de

5/16-18 x 1-1/4 po (5) et des écrous à embase de 5/16-18 (4). Serrez bien les pièces.
