SYNTHESIS 7CH SETUP					The SYNTHESIS 7CH SETUP menu can be used to configure the
					MAIN AUDIO OUTPUTS for a 5.1 or 7.1-channel Synthesis system,
SETUP	SPEAKERS		SYNTHESIS 7CH SETUP
					which incorporates THX-certified loud speakers. For a non-
					THX-certified speaker system, use the CUSTOM SETUP menu (see
		Default			page 3-18). When SYNTHESIS 7CH SETUP is selected, a message
Parameter		Value		Values	will appear cautioning that, if the right MENU arrow is pressed
					again, the MAIN AUDIO OUTPUTS will automatically change to a
FRONT L/R		80Hz		80Hz
					SYNTHESIS 7CH speaker configuration. This will override custom
CENTER		80Hz		80Hz	speaker settings that have been chosen. Press the right MENU
					arrow to activate a SYNTHESIS 7CH speaker configuration. Press
SIDE L/R		80Hz		80Hz
					the left MENU arrow to cancel SYNTHESIS 7CH speaker
					configuration and return to the SPEAKER SETUP menu.
REAR L/R		80Hz		80Hz, NONE
SUB L/R		MONO		MONO	If a SYNTHESIS 7CH speaker configuration is activated, the
SUB XOVER		80Hz		80Hz	SYNTHESIS 7CH SETUP menu will display the SYNTHESIS 7CH
					configuration settings. The unit will automatically set all outputs to
LFE		OFF		OFF
					80Hz with a 24dB per octave filter. The only exceptions are SUB

L/R and LFE. SUB L/R will be set to MONO (see page 3-22) and LFE will be set to OFF (see page 3-23). SYNTHESIS 7CH speaker configuration applies to all inputs and listening modes.
