Thermal/Cooling Requirements
The CPU, Northbridge, Southbridge, Secondary I/O, and voltage regulators are the sources of heat on the board. The ReadyBoard 700 is designed to operate at its maximum CPU speed of 400MHz, 650MHz, or 933MHz. All the processors and the Northbridge require a heatsink, but no fan.
