Downloading firmware

To download firmware follow these steps:

1.Set up the communications port as described in Communications Settings above.

2.Select the file to download, see Open a File to Download on Page 47.

3.Make sure the file path and file name are displayed in main display area, see Figure 10, Open File in WinLoad on Page 47.

4.Click on the Write Flash button to download the firmware.

5.Power down and then power up the receiver when “Searching for card” appears in the main dis- play, see Figure 12.

6.When the Authorization Code dialog opens, see Figure 13, enter the auth code and select OK

7.The receiver should finish downloading and reset. The process is complete when “Done.” is dis- played in the main display area, see Figure 14.
