To install RCC
1Obtain the latest voice mail update from the Nortel Technical Support website.
2Obtain the latest RCC update from the Nortel Technical Support website.
3Perform a backup of the RCC database.
4Install the voice mail update on the BCM 4.0 system using the software updates feature in Element Manager.
5Install the RCC update on the BCM 4.0 system using the software updates feature in Element Manager.
6Download the RCC application from the BCM 4.0 system to the Web Host PC.
7Install the RCC application on the Web Host PC.
