		Blinking	Power management error: the
			switch cannot supply power to
			at least one module

		OFF	Power is off

Fast	Management outband	ON	Port enabled and link OK
ETH	Ethernet link status		No data transmitted or
			received on the port

		Blinking	Port enabled and link OK
			Data transmitted or received
			on the port

		OFF	Link is not operating

Table 5.3 summarizes the functions of the LEDs for a standby or halted M460ML-SPV supervisor module.
