As you perform various tasks, you will need to enter names and numbers. For example, when you set up your machine you enter your name (or your companyÕs name) and telephone number. When you use the
When the display asks you to enter a name, the LCD reads:
NAME:_
You can then use the procedures described below to enter up to 20 letters and special characters, numerals, or spaces.
Letters and Special Characters
You can include special characters (space, plus sign, etc.) in the name by using the zero key. See `KEYPAD CHARACTER ASSIGNMENTSÕ on page 2.5.
1.Locate the button labeled with the letter you want Ð then press the button repeatedly until the correct letter appears in the display.

For example, to enter an O, press 6 (labeled MNO). Each time you press 6, the display shows a different letter Ð first M, then N, and O, and finally 6.
