3.Playing a specific track, picture, title or chapter using the number buttons

When playing a DVD-Video disc, DVD+R/RW, (Super) Video CD, Audio CD or mixed format disc (JPEG, MPEG, MP3 or WMA) you can jump direct- ly to a track, picture, title or chapter.

1 Press the number buttons that correspond to the track, picture, title or chapter you wish to play, e.g. to play chapter number 1, press 1 or to play chapter number 10, press 10 on your remote control.

2In the DVD menu mode of DVDs (“MENU” button), pressing the num- ber buttons that correspond to the title you wish to play will jump direct- ly to the required title.

4. Skipping through chapters, tracks or pictures

While you are playing a disc you can skip to the next or previous chapter, track or picture. This is carried out using the buttons Hand Fon your remote control.

1 To skip to the beginning of the next chapter, track or picture, press the button F.

2 To skip to the beginning of the current chapter or track, press the button H.

3 To skip to the beginning of the previous chapter or track, press the but- ton Htwice. With JPEG discs you only need to press this button once to skip to the previous picture.

Using the repeat features1

The repeat features allow you to repeat a section of a disc once it has fin- ished playing. According to the disc type, an entire disc, a single track, a folder, a single chapter, a single title or a section of the disc between two selected points can be repeated.

1. Repeating an entire disc

1 To repeat an entire disc, press the button “REPEAT 1/ALL” on your remote control until “All” is displayed in the top right corner of the screen.

2 To stop the disc repeating, press again the button “REPEAT 1/ALL” until “Off” is displayed on the screen.

Note:

Using this function with Video CDs may require the PBC function to be dis- abled.
