To use the Weight Loss program, follow the steps found in Quick Steps to Work- ing Out. When the program prompt appears, enter the appropriate program number. Refer to the program label to the side of the display.
Important: During your workout, you can change the target heart rate using the INCLINE ▼▲ keys. The treadmill automatically readjusts the incline so that your heart rate remains on target.
Note: When you complete the time limit set for the program, the automatic cool- down period begins.
