REMOVING THE MOTOR CONTROLLER

WARNING

Electrical Shock Hazard

Disconnect power before servicing.

Replace all parts and panels before operating.

Failure to do so can result in death or electrical shock.

1.Unplug washer or disconnect power.

2.Turn off the water supply to the washer.

3.Remove the three T-20 hex-head torx screws from the toe panel and remove the panel.

4.Open the wiring access door on the front of the motor controller housing.

5.Disconnect the four wire connectors from the motor controller. NOTE: Each connec- tor has a locking arm or locking tabs that you must release to remove the connector from the unit.

6.Cut the wire tie and pull the cut tie out of the slot in the standoff. NOTE: Be careful not to cut any of the wires in the tie.

7.Lift the locking tab on the motor controller housing, and slide the housing tabs for- ward as far as they will go.

8.Lift the motor controller housing so the tabs are out of their chassis slots, and remove the housing from the washer.
