WHEEL LOCK ADJUSTMENT/REPLACEMENT (FIGURE 20)

NOTE: Performance chairs with camber may encounter difficulty if installing LOW Mount wheel locks when engaging in any contact sport. Before adjusting or replacing the High/Low mount wheel locks, ensure that the tires are inflated to the recommended psi on the sidewall of the tire.

1.Loosen the locknuts or hex screw(s) that secure the High/Low mount wheel locks to the side frame.

REPLACING THE HIGH/LOW MOUNT WHEEL LOCK

1.Remove the locknuts or hex screws and remove the existing wheel lock from the chair.

2.Install the NEW wheel lock.

ADJUSTING THE HIGH/LOW MOUNT WHEEL LOCKS

1.Securely tighten the locknuts or hex screws that secure the High/Low mount wheel lock to the chair frame and engage the wheel lock.

NOTE: Any wheel lock adjustment should embed the wheel lock shoe at least 3/16-inch into the tire when engaged.

2.Adjust position of the wheel locks until the 3/16-inch measurement is obtained for correct wheel lock adjustment.

3.Engage the wheel locks and push against the chair and determine if the wheel locks engage the wheel enough to hold the chair.

4.Repeat the above procedures until the wheel locks hold the chair.
