If your home has specially wired alarm equipment connected to the telephone line, please ensure that the installation of this equipment does not disable alarm equipment by consulting your telephone company or a qualified installer.

This equipment is hearing aid compatible.

We recommend the installation of an AC surge arrester in the AC outlet to which this equipment is connected. The telephone companies report that electrical surges, typically lighting transients, are very de- structive to customer terminal equipment connected to AC power sources.

1.Where it can be done safely, reorient the receiving television or radio antenna.

2.To the extent possible, relocate the television, radio or other receiver with respect to the telephone equipment. (This increases the separation between the telephone equipment and the receiver.)
