d)Het toestel niet normaal werkt terwijl de gebruiksaanwijzingen zijn gevolgd. Stel alleen de schakelaars in waarvan dit in de gebruiksaanwijzing wordt aangegeven, omdat een verkeerde instelling van andere schakelaars kan leiden tot schade aan het toestel. In dat geval is vaak een langdurige reparatie van een erkende servicemonteur nodig om het toestel weer goed te laten functioneren.

e)Het toestel is gevallen of het basisstation is beschadigd.

f)Het toestel niet naar behoren werkt.

15.Installeer telefoonlijnen nooit tijdens onweer.

16.Installeer telefoonaansluitingen nooit in een vochtige omgeving, tenzij de aansluiting speciaal is bestemd voor vochtige omgevingen.

17.Raak nooit blootliggende telefoondraden of terminals aan, tenzij de telefoonlijn is losgekoppeld van de netwerkinterface.

18.Wees voorzichtig bij het installeren of modificeren van telefoonlijnen.

19.Houd alle snoeren en kabels van het toestel uit de buurt van draaiende machines.

INSTALLATIE

Afbeelding A. Sluit de telefoon met de telefoonkabel op een telefoonaansluiting aan.

Afbeelding B. Draai de T10 om en bevestig de poot van de headset.

Stel de belvolumeregeling voor inkomende gesprekken op het door u gewenste niveau in.

Sluit de headsetkabel op de headset aan.

Voor de meeste gebruikers zal de Flash-knop op 3 moeten worden ingesteld. Mocht dit niet werken, probeer dan de andere instellingen. U kunt de T10, het telefoonsysteem of de telefoonlijn hiermee niet beschadigen.

GEBRUIK VAN DE HEADSET

De headset van de T10-headsettelefoon kan worden gebruikt met de verstelbare beugel of met een van de oorbeugels.

GEBRUIK VAN HOOFDBEUGEL

Afbeelding C. Klik de verstelbare hoofdbeugel vast aan de achterkant van de headset. Druk de oorkussenset op de headset en zorg dat het streepje in de ring op één lijn komt met de microfoon.

Afbeelding D. Plaats de headset op een van de oren en stel indien nodig de headset met de verstelbare hoofdbeugel in. Plaats de microfoon bij uw mondhoek.

GEBRUIK VAN OORBEUGELS

Afbeelding E. Druk de ring met draaispil op de headset. Steek een van de oorbeugels in de draaispil. Het kan zijn dat u elke afstelling moet uitproberen om te kunnen bepalen bij welke afstelling de headset het prettigst zit. Doe de oorbeugel over uw oor en plaats de microfoon bij uw mondhoek.

KLEDINGCLIP

Afbeelding F. De kledingclip zorgt ervoor dat de headset niet het gewicht van de headsetkabel draagt. Bevestig de clip op borsthoogte aan uw kleding. Zorg dat er voldoende speling in de kabel zit (ongeveer 15 cm), zodat u uw hoofd kunt bewegen zonder aan de headset of kledingclip te trekken. U kunt nu bellen.

UITGAANDE GESPREKKEN

Afbeelding G. Wanneer de headset goed zit, kunt u bellen door op de

headsetknop te drukken (het In gebruik-lampje en het Online-lampje branden). Wacht op de kiestoon. Kies het gewenste nummer met het toetsenblok. Spreek op normale toon wanneer de telefoon wordt opgenomen. Zie Problemen oplossen (pagina 68) wanneer de persoon aan de andere kant van de lijn u niet hoort. Stel de luistervolumeregeling en de toonregeling indien nodig

in als u degene aan de andere kant van de lijn niet goed hoort.
