RECEPCIÓN DE UNA LLAMADA

Cuando se haya colocado el auricular y el timbre le indique que tiene una llamada

entrante, pulse el botón de auricular para responder a la llamada (las luces indicadoras de conexión y uso estarán encendidas).

CARACTERÍSTICAS DEL PRODUCTO

ÚLTIMO NÚMERO MARCADO

La unidad base guarda el último número marcado. Este número puede volver a

marcarse automáticamente pulsando el botón del último número marcado .

BOTÓN INSTANTÁNEO

Si el servicio telefónico del que dispone ofrece la función de llamada en espera, este botón le permite pasar de una llamada a otra. Cuando el teléfono le indique que se ha recibido una segunda llamada, pulse este botón para poner la primera llamada en espera y conectarse automáticamente con la segunda. Vuelva a pulsarlo para volver a la primera llamada. Esta característica también puede utilizarse con la mayoría de los sistemas telefónicos de oficina para transferir una llamada a otra extensión. Pulse el botón . Cuando escuche el tono de llamada, marque el número de la extensión deseado. Cuando suene el teléfono de la extensión, vuelva a pulsar el botón o cuelgue para transferir la llamada.

MUTE

Si pulsa el botón Mute , la persona que llama no puede escucharle, pero usted sí que puede escuchar a la persona que llama.

TONO

Los graves y agudos de la llamada entrante pueden ajustarse moviendo el botón de control del tono .

ACTUALIZACIÓN DEL AURICULAR

El interruptor de selección de auricular permite actualizar el auricular DuoSet® que se proporciona con el teléfono T10. La unidad se suministra con el interruptor en la posición S, que es la correcta para el auricular suministrado.

Si desea actualizar el auricular y utilizar uno de la gama de Plantronics que ofrece comodidad todo el día, como DuoPro™ o Encore™, adquiera el auricular que desee al distribuidor de Plantronics y siga las instrucciones que aparecen a continuación para instalarlo.

1.Desconecte el teléfono T10 de la toma de la línea telefónica.

2.Dé la vuelta al teléfono T10 y retire el auricular del conector para auriculares (10).

3.Inserte el auricular nuevo en el conector para auriculares (10).

4.Mueva el interruptor de selección de auricular a la posición H (5).

5.Vuelva a conectar el teléfono T10 a la toma de la línea telefónica.

RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS

PROBLEMA

No se escucha el tono de llamada.

Asegúrese de que todas las conexiones sean correctas y compruebe su firmeza.

Asegúrese de haber pulsado el botón de auricular y de que las luces indicadores de conexión y uso estén encendidas.

Ajuste el control del volumen de escucha.

Compruebe que el auricular esté bien centrado en la oreja.

PROBLEMA

La persona que llama no me puede escuchar.

Asegúrese de que el botón Mute no esté activado y de que la luz indicadora correspondiente esté apagada.

Ajuste el auricular de modo que el micrófono quede más cerca de la boca.
