Reading Text Mail
If you have been sent text mail, the LED on the extension lights up and flashes in green. The presence of mail is also indicated by the icon next to the Mail key. To read your messages:

The first line will give you the person’s name and the date and time of the message. The second line gives you a set of options:

Scroll
Back
Next
Recall
Answe
r
will save the message to the memory;
will show the first line of the message and any further lines
it may continue onto.
To go back to the previous menu.
To go to the next message.
To call the person who sent the message.
To reply to the message in writing
