12.5Afstelling van de aanslaglineaal

Opgelet! Het profiel van de langsge- leiding moet zo ingesteld worden dat het op de vlaktafel rust.

Precies instellen

De stand waarbij de langsgeleider 90° heeft ten opzichte van de schaaf- tafel kan door het verstellen van de ajusteerschroef (C) fijn ingesteld worden.

12.6Afstellen van de beschermkap over de schaafas

De doorlaathoogte van de schaafas afdekking wordt het naar rechts of naar links verdraaien van de regel- knop (A) ingesteld.

De openingsbreedte ten opzichte van de langsgeleiding kan na het in de hoogte verstellen van de hendel

(B) ingesteld worden.

Alvorens de vlaktafels in de hoogte te verstellen moet de beschermkap in zijn geheel naar achter worden omgedraaid. Voor het omdraaien moet de hendel (C) bedient worden en nadien weer aangedrukt.

12.7Instelling van de spaanafname/Aflezing op de skala

Alvorens de vlaktafel te verstellen moet de klemhendel (A) ca 1/2 draai losgemaakt worden.

Door de cylinder-knop los te draaienn

(B)kan de vlaktafel hoog of laag versteld worden.

De ingestelde spaanafname kan aan de Nonius-skala afgelezen worden. Na de instelling van de spaanafname moet de klemhendel weer vast ge- draaid worden.

1 op 1 = 1 mm spaanafname

2 op 2 = 2 mm spaanafname enz.
