16.4Kontrole van de veiligheids eindschakelaars/Motorrem

Opgelet! De schaafas kan bij een beschadigde leiding naar de veiligheidsschakelaars aanlopen. Daarom moet de kontrole door een vakman gebeuren.

De uitlooptijd (remtijd) moet tenminste 1 x per maand worden gekontroleerd. Deze mag maximaal 10 seconden bedragen. Wanneer de uitlooptijd overschreden wordt moet de motor- rem of indien noodzakelijk, de kom- plete motor worden uitgewisseld.

De voorste vlaktafel omhoogklappen en de schaafas door het verschuiven van de aanslag afdekken; de machine mag nu niet worden gestart.

De achterste vlakplaat omhoogklap- pen en de schaafas door het naar voorschuiven van de aanslag af- dekken. De machine mag nu niet worden gestart.

16.5Uitwisselen van de voedingswalsen

De kap over het drijfwerk verwijderen, de ketting van de kettingwielen heffen en verwijderen.

De drukveer kompleet met de be- vestigingsschroeven verwijderen. De voedingswals kan nu langs de zijkant uitgeschoven worden.

16.6Demontage van de schaafmesas

De afdekkap van het drijfwerk weg- nemen en de aandrijfriem verwijderen.

De beschermplaat demonteren en de drie bevestigingsschroeven van het lager verwijderen.

De schaaf-as kan nu langs de zij-kant worden weggenomen.
