Important tips when cooking FONDUE WITH OIL

•Always use fresh oil.
•Do not mix different types of oils.
•Never add water to oil or other fat.
•Do not add herbs or other seasoning to the oil. •Werecommendusingsunflowerorvegetableoil only.
•Do not use oil flavoured with other ingredients (e.g. herbs).
•Do not use grape seed oil.
•If the fondue pot has been washed, rinse and dry it thoroughly before using.
•Only use the fondue pot supplied with the appliance or purchased from an approved service centre.
•On first use, there may be a slight odour and a little smoke during the first few minutes.
•Drain and remove excess water on the food before cooking. Dry food using kitchen paper towel before cooking.
•If using frozen food, check it is completely
