Modem loop current test enable. Controls if a modem loop		0 = FALSE	is
performed after HP OfficeJet Series 300 has connected to the		1 = TRUE	and
before dialing is started.. If TRUE, HP OfficeJet Series 300 will test
presence of loop current after going OFF hook prior to dialing			current i
