Change Stored Params: | Provides the ability to change the value of any parameter. After |

| 2. Type in the desired parameter value, then press “Enter/Save” |

Remote Operations: | Allows parameter values to be sent to, or received from, a remo |
| device. There are four menu selections available from this menu |

Receive from REMOTE:The remote device mustRemotehave “Service” selectedONtofrom the “Phone Setup” User Menu. After selecting this item, the display will r remote fax machine’s number. The remote HP OfficeJet Series 300 will called and all parameter values will be copied into the calling the user menu setup items. The calling HP OfficeJet Series 300 will be effectively cloned to the remote HP OfficeJet Series 300.
Send to REMOTE: The remote device mustRemotehave “Service” selectedONtofrom the “Phone Setup” User Menu. After selecting this item, the display will want to send the remote device all parameter values or only n items:
1 = All (all parameter values)
2 = Params only
SelectingALL will effectively clone the remote device to the calli including header information and speed dial numbersParams only. Selecting will not affect the remote device’s header or speed dial number any other settings from the normal user menu.
Receive from LOCAL: This feature is used between two HP OfficeJet Series 300s that are con a common phone cord plugged into the LINE connector on each d outside phone service or telephone line simulator is not require menu item will clone this device to the other HP OfficeJet Series 300. HP OfficeJet Series 300 must be setSendtoto LOCAL before data will actuall be received. This feature may also be selected7 andby4 pressing the buttons simultaneously while powering the unit ON.
