Editing a Speed Dial Group

Allows you to add and delete numbers to your group speed dial list.

Press Menu, then 4, then 2.

At the 1=New 2=Edit prompt, press 2, and your first group speed dial code appears. Press Start to edit it or press 9or :to scroll to the group you want to edit and press Start.

The first speed dial code in that group appears. For each number in the group, press 1 to delete it, or 2 to keep it.

Then you’ll be asked if you want to add another number to the group. If No, press 2 to edit the group name, or press Start to save it as is.

If Yes, press 1 and the first assigned speed dial code appears. If you want to add it to the group, press Start (or press 9or :to scroll to the number you want to add and press Start.)

Copy Setup

Copy Resolution

Adjusts the resolution of your copies.

Press Menu, then 5, then 1.

Has two settings:

Text: Best for text and line drawings; copies in black and white

Photo: Best for photos and color graphics; copies in shades of gray

Reduce to Fit

Reduces your copies.

Press Menu, then 5, then 2.

Has six settings:

Actual-100%:Copies at actual size

Full page-95%:Reduces full page original to fit within the print margins

Ltr to A4-93%:Reduces letter-size original to fit A4-size width A4 to Ltr-89%:Reduces A4-size original to fit letter-size length Lgl to Ltr-74%:Reduces legal-size original to letter-size Minimum-50%:Reduces an original to half size
