Gathering

Pattern

5(Straight Stitch)

1.Set the pattern selection dial to the Straight Stitch (5) with the desired length.

2.Loosen the tension of the upper thread (to about 2) so that the lower thread lies on the underside of the material.

3.Sew a single row or multiple rows of Straight Stitches.

4.Pull the lower thread(s) to gather the material.

Pour froncer un tissu

Modèle

5(Point droit)

1.Mettre le sélecteur de modèle sur le point droit (5) avec la lon- gueur souhaitée.

2.Relâcher la tension du fil supérieur (mettre sur 2 environ) afin que le fil inférieur reste tendu à l’envers du tissu.

3.Coudre une ou plusieurs rangées de points droits.

4.Tirer sur le ou les fils inférieurs pour froncer le tissu.

5(Geradstich)

1.Stellen Sie den Stichmuster-Drehschalter auf Geradstich (5) mit der gewünschten Länge.

2.Lockern Sie die Spannung des Oberfadens (auf etwa 2), so daß der Unterfaden auf der Unterseite des Materials liegt.

3.Nähen Sie eine oder mehrere Reihen im Geradestich.

4.Ziehen Sie den Unterfaden, um das Material zu reffen.

5(Rechte steek)

1.Stel de patroonkeuzeknop in op de Rechte Steek (5) met de ge- wenste lengte.

2.Verlaag de spanning op de bovendraad (op ongeveer 2) zodat de onderdraad op de binnenkant van de stof ligt.

3.Naai nu één of meerdere rijen rechte steken.

4.Trek aan de onderdraad (of draden) om het materiaal te plooien.
