ANTES DE SOLICITAR SERVICIO

PARA LA MAYORÍA DE LOS PROBLEMAS, VERIFIQUE PRIMERO LO SIGUIENTE:

•Revise si los controles del horno están debidamente ajustados.

•Verifique si el enchufe está firmemente insertado en el tomacorriente.

•Verifique o vuelva a reponer el disyuntor. Verifique o reemplace el fusible.

•Verifique el suministro de energía eléctrica.

EL QUEMADOR SUPERIOR NO SE ENCIENDE.

•Verifique si el enchufe está firmemente insertado en el tomacorriente.

•Verifique o vuelva a reponer el disyuntor. Verifique o reemplace el fusible.

•Verifique para asegurarse de que los orificios de los quemadores o los orificios del encendedor no estén obstruidos. Ver página 52.

•Verifique para asegurarse de que el encendedor esté seco y que emita chasquidos. El quemador no se encenderá si el encendedor está dañado, sucio o mojado. Si el encendedor no produce un chasquido, gire la perilla de control a la posición “OFF”.

LA LLAMA DEL QUEMADOR SUPE- RIOR SE LEVANTA DEL ORIFICIO.

•Verifique para asegurarse de que el utensilio está asentado en la parrilla sobre el quemador.

LA LLAMA ES DISPAREJA.

• Losorificiosdelquemadorpuedenestarobstruidos.

LOS RESULTADOS DEL HORNEADO NO SON COMO SE ESPERABAN O SON DISTINTOS A LOS DEL HORNO ANTE- RIOR.

•Verifique que la temperatura del horno. Asegúrese de que el horno se ha precalentado cuando la receta o instrucciones indican que se precaliente.

•Asegúrese de que el respiradero del horno no esté bloqueado. Ver Página 57 para la ubicación.

•Verifique para asegurarse de que la estufa está nivelada.

•Las temperaturas a menudo varían entre un horno nuevo y uno antiguo. A medida que pasa el tiempo, la temperatura del horno cambia y puede hacerse más caliente o más fría. Ver Página 56 para las instrucciones de como ajustar la temperatura del horno. NOTA: No se recomienda ajustar la temperatura si ha tenido problemas con solo una o dos recetas.

•Use el utensilio correcto. Los utensilios obscuros producenundoradoobscuro. Losutensiliosbrillantes producen dorado más claro. Consulte el folleto “La Cocina Fácil” para mayor información sobre los utensilios de hornear.

•Verifique la ubicación de los utensilios. Alterne los utensilios cuando use dos parrillas. Deje de 2,5 a 5 cm (1 a 2 pulgadas) entre los utensilios y las paredes del horno.

•Verifique el uso de papel de aluminio en el horno. Nunca use papel de aluminio para cubrir toda la parrilla del horno. Coloque un pequeño pedazo de papel de aluminio en la parrilla debajo del utensilio para recoger los derrames.

LOS ALIMENTOS NO SE ASAN A LA PARILLA EN FORMA DEBIDA O SALE DEMASIADO HUMO.

•Verifique las posiciones de las parrillas del horno. El alimento puede estar muy cerca de la llama.

•El papel de aluminio se usó de manera incorrecta. Nunca forre el inserto de la asadera con papel de aluminio.

•Recorte el exceso de grasa de la carne antes de ponerla a asar a la parrilla.

•Se usó una asadera sucia.

EL HORNO NO SE AUTOLIMPIA.

•Verifique para asegurarse de que el ciclo no esté ajustado para un comienzo diferido. Ver las Páginas 64 y 65

•Verifique si la puerta está cerrada.

EL HORNO NO SE LIMPIÓ EN FORMA DEBIDA.

•Puede que sea necesario un tiempo de limpieza más prolongado.

•Los derrames excesivos, especialmente de alimentos azucarados y/o ácidos no fueron limpiados antes del ciclo de autolimpieza.

LA PUERTA DEL HORNO NO SE DESBLOQUEA DESPUÉS DEL CICLO DE LIMPIEZA.

•El interior del horno todavía está caliente. Deje que pase aproximadamente una hora para que el horno se enfríe antes de que se complete un ciclo de autolimpieza. La puerta puede ser abierta cuandodesaparezcalapalabra‘LOCK’delindicador visual.

SE JUNTA HUMEDAD EN LA VENTA- NA DEL HORNO O SALE VAPOR POR EL RESPIRADERO DEL HORNO.

•Esto es normal cuando se cocinan alimentos con alto contenido de humedad.

•Se usó humedad excesiva cuando limpió la ventana.

HAY UN FUERTE OLOR O HUMO LEVE CUANDO SE ENCIENDE EL HORNO.

•Esto es normal en una estufa nueva y desaparecerá después de unos pocos usos. Si se inicia un ciclo de limpieza el olor se “quemará” más rápidamente.

•Encendiendo un ventilador ayudará a extraer el humo y/o el olor.

•Hay suciedad excesiva de alimentos en la parte inferior del horno. Use un ciclo de autolimpieza.

“F” MÁS UN NÚMERO APARECERÁ EN EL INDICADOR VISUAL.

•Esto es un código de falla. Si aparece un código de falla en el indicador visual y se escucha una señal sonora, oprima la tecla ‘Stop/Clear’. Si el código de falla y la señal sonora continúan, desenchufe la estufa. Espereunosminutosluegovuelvaaenchufar la estufa. Si el código de falla y la señal sonora continúan, desconecte la estufa y llame a un técnico autorizado.

•Si el horno está excesivamente sucio, se pueden producir llamaradas excesivas lo cual resultará en un código de falla durante el ciclo de limpieza. Oprima la tecla ‘Stop/Clear’ y deje que el horno se enfríe completo, limpiar de exceso tierra y luego vuelva a poner el ciclo de limpieza. Si el código de falla y la alarma sonora todavía continúan, desenchufe la estufa yllame a untécnicoautorizado.
