Osjetljivost

Osjetljivost sustava fotodetektora (koja odgovara svjetlu luka zavarivanja) se može prilagoditi kako bi udovoljila razlièitim metodama zavarivanja i radnim uvjetima. Da biste vidjeli trenutnu postavku osjetljivosti, na trenutak pritisnite tipku Sensitivity. Za odabir drugog broja sjene, opet pritisnite tipku Sensitivity dok LED svijetli, a zatim nastavite pritiskati tipku dok ne dovedete svijetleæi LED na željeni broj sjene.

Položaj 1 Postavka najmanje osjetljivosti. Koristi se ukoliko vam smeta svjetlo drugih zavarivaèa u blizini.

Položaj 2 Normalan položaj. Koristi se za veæinu tipova zavarivanja u unu- trašnjim i na vanjskim prostorima.

Položaj 3 Položaj za zavarivanje sa slabom strujom ili onda kad luk zava- rivanja postaje stabilan. (npr. TIG zavarivanje kod slabe struje)

Položaj 4 Krajnja osjetljivost fotodetektora. Prikladna za zavarivanje kod vrlo niskog napona ili kod zavarivanja cijevi gdje je dio luka zaklonjen od pogleda.

Pronalaženje pravilne postavke detektora

Kako biste pronašli prikladnu postavku osjetljivosti detektora, poènite s postavljanjem, prije zavarivanja, u položaju 2. To je uobièajeni položaj koji odgovara veæini situacija. Ako filtar ne postiže željeno zatamnjenje kod zavarivanja, poveæajte osjetljivost na položaje 3 ili 4 dok se filtar ne poène odgovarajuæe prebacivati. Ukoliko je potrebno odabrati previsoku osjetlji- vost, filtar može ostati zatamnjen i nakon dovršetka zavarivanja zbog okol- nog svjetla. U tom sluèaju, namjestite na manje osjetljive postavke kod kojih æe se filtar za zavarivanje zatamnjivati i rasvjetljavati onako kako vam odgo- vara.

Pokazatelj istrošenosti baterije (low battery)

Bateriju treba zamijeniti kada treperi indikator istrošenosti baterije ili kada LED-ovi sjene (shade) i osjetljivosti (sensitivity) ne trepere kada su stisnu- te tipke.

Filtar za zavarivanje neæe prijeæi u tamno stanje ukoliko su senzori blokira- ni ili ukoliko je luk od zavarivanja u potpunosti oklopljen.

Trepereæi izvori svjetla (npr. upozoravajuæa svjetla) mogu prouzroèiti akti- vaciju filtra za zavarivanje iako nije nastupilo zavarivanje. Te smetnje mogu
