Enne keevitamist

Teie enda kaitsmiseks lugege käesolev juhend hoolikalt läbi, enne 3M™ Speedglas™ keevitusmaski kasutamist.

Õigesti koostatud keevitusmask on toodud joonisel A:1.

Seadke keevitusmask sobivaks vastavalt oma vajadustele (vt joonis B:1 – B:2).

Speedglas SL keevitusmask sobib kasutamiseks kaarkeevitusel, kus on vaja tumedusi 8-12. Sobiv tumedus valige tabelist lk 185.

Mask sobib kõkidele kaarkeevitusprotsessidele, nagu MIG (metallelektroo- diga inertgaasi keskkonnas), MAG (sama argooni keskkonnas), TIG (volf- ramelektroodiga, inertgaasi keskkonnas), MMA (kaetud elektroodiga) ning plasmaga lõikamine.

Speedglas SL keevitusmask kaitseb pidevalt (tumedus 12) kahjulike UV (ultraviolett) ja IP (infrapunase) kiirguste eest. Kaitse on püsiv ega sõltu sel- lest, kas filter on tumedas või heledas olekus, ja toimib ka patarei või elek- troonika rikke korral.

Keevitusfiltril on kaks fotosensorit, mis reageerivad üksteisest sõltumatult kohe, kui keevituskaar süttib, ja kutsuvad esile filtri tumenemise. Energiaallikana on kasutatud kahte liitiumpatareid (3V CR2032). Speedglas SL keevitusmask on varustatud automaatse sisselülitusmehha- nismiga, samuti lülitub mask ise automaatselt välja.

Kasutage ainult originaalseid Speedglas brändi varuosi, nt sisemine ja väli- ne kaitseklaas, mille nimekirja ja tootekoodid leiate sellest juhendist. Muude asendusosade kasutamine võib vähendada maski kaitsevõimet ja tühistada toote garantiid ja heakskiidud.

Märkus!

Speedglas SL keevitusmaskid sobivad kasutamiseks kõigiks töödeks välja arvatud rasked peakohal lõikamise/keevitamise operatsioonid langevate sulametallipritsmetega põletada saamise ohu tõttu.

Märgistused

Keevitusfilter on märgistatud tumeduse vahemik.

Silmade-ja näokaitse klassifikatsioon vastab EN 379, EN 166, EN 169 ja EN 175.
