Brugsanvisning 3M™ Speedglas™ SL

FØR DU GÅR IGANG MED AT SVEJSE

Læs for din egen sikkerheds skyld denne brugsanvisning omhyggeligt, inden du går igang med at bruge Speedglas SL svejsehoveddelen.

Det komplette udstyr er vist i fig. A:1

Tilpas svejsehoveddelen, så den passer til netop dig (se fig. B:1 – B:3). Speedglas SL hoveddelen er beregnet til brug ved de lysbuesvejsninger, hvor tæthedsgraderne 8-12 anbefales.

Tæthedsgraden bør vælges i henhold til tabellen på side 185.

Udstyret er egnet til alle lysbuesvejseprocesser som MMA, MIG, MAG, TIG og plasma.

Speedglas SL svejsehoveddelen giver permanent beskyttelse (shade12) mod skadelig UV- og IR-stråling, uanset om svejsekassetten er i den lyse eller mørke indstilling og beskytter også i tilfælde af svigt af batteri eller elek- tronik.

Svejsekassetten har to fotoceller, der reagerer uafhængigt af hinanden og som, når lysbuen tændes, får kassetten til at skifte til den mørke tilstand. Som strømforsyning bruges to lithiumbatterier (3V CR2032).

Speedglas SL svejsekassetten er forsynet med en funktion, som slukker den automatisk, når den ikke bruges.

Bemærk!

Speedglas SL må kun bruges med de originale tilhørende reservedele og det ind- og udvendige dækglas i henhold til reservedelsnumrene i denne brugsanvisning.

Brug af ikke-tilhørende reservedele vil kunne sætte sikkerheden på spil og gøre garantier og godkendelser ugyldige.

Bemærk!

Speedglas SL svejsehoveddelen er ikke egnet svejsning og skæring med laser eller gassvejsning/skæring (f.eks. med acetylen). Speedglas SL sve- jsehoveddelen er beregnet til alle svejseopgaver, dog ikke underopsvejs- ning/skæring på grund af riikoen for forbrændinger på grund af nedfalden- de smeltet metal.
