Batterierne skal udskiftes, når indikatoren “low battery” blinker lysdioderne for “sensitivity” ikke reagerer, når man trykker på knapperne.

Bemærk

Svejsekassetten skifter muligvis ikke til mørk, hvis fotocellerne er blokere- de, eller hvis lysbuen er helt afskærmet.

Bemærk!

Blinkende lyskilder (f.eks. blinkende advarselslys) kan få svejsekassetten til at skifte, selvom der ikke svejses. Dette kan ske selv på lang afstand og også fra reflekteret lys. Derfor skal svejseområder afskærmes.

Advarsel!

Hvis svejsekassetten I Speedglas SL hoveddelen ikke skifter til mørk, når lysbuen tændes, så stop straks svejsningen, og kontroller svejsekassetten, som beskrevet i brugsanvisningen. Fortsætter man med at svejse, selvom svejsekassetten ikke skifter til mørk, kan det give et midlertidigt synstab. Kan årsagen til problemet ikke findes og fejlen afhjælpes, så kontakt den sikkerhedsansvarlige eller 3M.

Fjern det gamle udvendige beskyttelsesglas og sæt et nyt i som vist på fig. C:1 – C:2.

Pas på at beskyttelsesglasset sidder rigtigt med alle fire tappe. Se fig. C:3.

Udskiftning af indvendigt beskyttelsesglas.

Det gamle indvendige beskyttelsesglas fjernes som vist i fig. D:1. Det nye indvendige beskyttelsesglas isættes, efter at beskyttelsesfilmen er blevet fjernet. Fastgør ved at fiksere hjørnerne på den ene side som vist i fig. D:2. Bøj den midterste del op, og fastgør derefter de to andre hjørner. Pas på at fastgøre det indvendige beskyttelsesglas rigtigt som vist i fig. D:3.

Udskiftning af svejsekassetten.

Svejsekassetten kan tages ud og en ny monteres som vist i fig. C:1 og E:1.

Udskiftning af hovedbånd.
